We don't train on your data. Prompts are deleted after 30 days. Our infrastructure is built for teams that take privacy seriously.
No training on your data
Your prompts, brand names and AI responses are never used to train or fine-tune any model. We process them solely to deliver your report.
Auto-deleted after 30 days
Prompts and responses are retained only while you need them. After 30 days they are permanently purged from our systems.
Encrypted in transit & at rest
All traffic is TLS 1.3 encrypted. Database backups are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Isolated workspaces
Each account is siloed. Users can only see their own prompt runs, exports and quota history.
Right to deletion
Request full account deletion at any time. We erase your data within 72 hours and confirm in writing.
GDPR-ready
We act as a data processor. You can export your data, withdraw consent and request deletion — no friction.
Detailed practices
What we collect
We store your username, password hash, prompt quota and run metadata (prompt count, model used, timestamp). We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are handled offline via email or WhatsApp invoice.
Retention & deletion
Prompt text and AI responses are retained for 30 days so you can re-export or review. After that they are automatically and permanently deleted. Account metadata (username, quota history) is kept for billing records until you request deletion.
Infrastructure security
We run on Lovable Cloud with industry-standard encryption, automated backups, and role-based access controls for our own team. No third-party analytics or tracking scripts are loaded in the tracker.
GDPR & compliance
You have the right to access, rectify, export and delete your data. To exercise these rights, email us — we respond within 48 hours and complete the request within 72 hours.
