Terms of Service

By accessing or using ClickAI.digital ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ClickAI.digital provides an AI prompt tracking service that queries third-party AI models (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and Perplexity) on behalf of users and reports brand mention data. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these third-party AI providers.

• All plans are prepaid. Payment is due before service is activated.
• We offer a 7-day no-questions refund on your first purchase. After 7 days, or if you have consumed more than 20% of your purchased prompt quota, refunds are at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in USD and INR. Indian customers are subject to applicable GST.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit prompts designed to extract harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content from AI models
• Resell or redistribute outputs from the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform

• Your prompts and the AI responses generated from them are stored to deliver your report and for service improvement.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

All platform code, design, and branding belong to ClickAI.digital. AI responses are generated by third-party models and are subject to their respective terms.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that AI models will mention your brand, that results will be accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickAI.digital's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
